Customer satisfaction is our top priority here at Dahab Peaks. If for any reason your order didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
However, please note that we also have policies in place to protect our business, as every transaction involves costs on our end as well. We aim to keep everything fair and transparent for both parties.
Please be aware that for any returns, we offer store credit or replacements.
We do not offer refunds at the moment.
Standard Returns
This applies to all non-customized products.
You may return eligible non-customized products within 3 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened
- It must be in its original packaging
- It must be in resalable condition
Since shipping and packing are not free, return shipping must be covered by the customer.
A 25% restocking fee will also be applied to help cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
For Customized Products
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for customized orders such as custom tents, backdrops, SEG lightboxes, banners, and similar custom-made items.
Once you approve the final printing layout, your order becomes final.
Cancellations or changes are not allowed after approval.
Damaged or Defective Products

In general, if your order arrives with any issues, please contact us immediately.
All damage or defect claims must be reported within 3 days after delivery.
We expect customers to check their order upon receiving it and report any problems within this timeframe.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos and videos showing the issue
- A brief summary describing the problem
We offer store credit or a replacement for approved claims. No refunds available at the moment.
Once we receive your return or damage claim, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
All purchases are processed in accordance with our Return Policy and its terms.
