Warranty Policy

All our products are supplied with default factory configurations and are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty of your product when used and maintained properly.

Our warranty coverage is strictly limited to “defects in materials or workmanship”. In other words, the warranty covers problems that arise from flaws in the product’s construction or manufacturing process and not how the product was used, stored, or handled. In short, if the issue is due to something inherently wrong in the way the product was made, it falls under warranty protection.

Exclusions

Please note that the warranty doesn’t cover damages caused by:

  • Weather conditions – Any damages caused by wind, rain, snow, hail, or any natural elements are not covered under the warranty.
  • Improper handling – Always handle your product with care. Any damages caused by improper handling is not covered by warranty.
  • Accidents – Any accidents like falling objects, vehicle collisions are not covered.

For any damages resulting from these situations, we recommend you contact your home or business insurance provider, as such losses may be covered under your warranty policy.

Filing a Warranty Claim

If you wish to file a warranty claim for issues not caused by the exclusions listed above, please contact our customer service team at: customerservice@dahabpeaks.com

Please provide the following on your report:

  • Submit a filled-out warranty claim form.
  • Provide clear photos and videos of the damaged parts showing all angles.
  • If the product arrives damaged, do not assemble it. Please return it in its original, unassembled condition and in it must be reported asap with the timeline of 2-3 days.
